When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Most orders are shipped on the next business day.

What are the shipping options?

USPS Priority Mail is the main shipping option available for US orders over 1 lb. You will receive an email when your order ships – make sure to provide an accurate email when you order! Priority Mail provides a tracking number and 2-3 day delivery to most US locations.

First class mail is an option for US orders under 1 lb., but this is not a trackable method and you will not receive a tracking number.

Large orders may be shipped using FedEx.

When will I receive my order?

We operate our own warehouse and ship most products next day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a follow up email. Our communications are sent to the email used with the order, please make sure to check that email account for our communications, or your spam folder.

What do I do if I never received my order?

We want to make sure that you receive your order and will do everything possible to make sure that happens. We will provide you with the tracking number. If your tracking information shows “delivered”  and you don’t have your order, it is imperative that you quickly follow up with your mail carrier to try and locate the package. Your mail carrier is your best resource for locating a lost package that has been “delivered”. Once an order is marked “delivered” by USPS, our obligation is complete.
